Located on an idyllic picturesque working farm in the South West Lake District, Wigwam Holidays Baystone Bank is soon to be your home away from home. A family-run business, Baystone Bank has fantastic views from outside your front door across to Coniston, Duddon, and into the heart of the Lake District.

With three Wigwam Cabins on site, two Running Water Deluxe 200 cabins (both with hot tubs, sleeping up to 4), and one Lodge with hot tub (sleeping up to 6), you’ll find this to be the perfect quiet getaway with all the home comforts and a few extra special touches to make your stay one to remember.

Baystone Bank is the perfect place to unwind and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There is so much to see and do on and near the site from walking, mountain biking, and even horse riding at the farm's very own Cumbrian Heavy Horse riding centre. There is an on-site shop and cafe too. There really is something for everyone.

At the end of a fun-filled day, head back to your cabin, sit out under the stars, and roast marshmallows on your own private fire pit. We can’t wait to welcome you to our site and hope you love it as much as we do.

We have 3 Wigwam Cabins
All year round
We charge £20 per night per pet.
It is suitable, we are a family-friendly site. There is no play area as yet, but we have farm animals to see and the river running through the site will get kids back to nature!
We accept groups by special request, birthdays and other events are suitable at our site.
We do, each pod will have its own firepit.
As standard, the WigWam Cabins include a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle, with a dining area for up to 4 people. The bathroom area has a toilet, sink, and shower. Each pod has outside it a hottub on wooden decking with lighting and a picnic table. Permanent BBQs will be added soon.
There’s a stove top with an oven underneath, as well as the microwave. You can even cook onthe fire for some added authenticity!
By all means bring your own bedding, cutlery is provided. 
We will provide bedding packs that will have everything you need, by request for a small fee. We provide celebratory packages for special occasions, as well as dog packs.
Our pods on the terrace have their own private car park, less than a minute’s walk from the cabins. The larger cabin has its own private parking directly next to the cabin. 
Anytime after 3pm, if you would like to arrive sooner, do just getin touch and let us know.
7pm is the latest check-in time, however, if this is going to vary, do get in touch and let us know.
Checkout times are by 11am, to allow ample time for the pods to be changed over for our next guests.
We have an onsite shop and cafe, which opens from 8am peak season, serving hot food and providing basic amenities that you may require.
Our toilet block has three toilets for the ladies, two for the men with a urinal, and 4 separate shower cubicles. This is used for the whole site,the pods are en-suite.
Our nearest pub is approximately one and a half miles away, The Punch Bowl in The Green.
Our nearest supermarket is Tesco, approximately three miles away.
Our nearest train station is two miles away, the nearest bus is about three miles away. We would recommend getting a taxi from either to get to our site.
There is no Wi-Fi access on site, however there is rather good mobile service coverage on our site.
Baystone Bank Wigwams is not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots, or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disater, epidemics, health risks or such similar events ("Force Majeure"). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.
