Before confirming your booking at Wigwam Holidays Bodrugan please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and services available at the Site, which will assist you with planning your holiday.

Payment Policy:

To secure your reservation, payment in full is required at the time of booking; we do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honour it.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

In the event of cancellations or no-shows we do not offer any (either full or partial) refund.

However, if more than 48 hours notice is given we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative date suitable to you, provided we have the availability to do so.

In the event of cancellation by us, our liability shall be limited to the return in full of the monies paid to the party who booked the holiday.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted in the Wigwam Cabins or in any communal areas.

Dogs:

We welcome well-behaved dogs and request that owners do not allow their dogs to roam or upset other people on the site. Please do not leave your dog in the Wigwam Cabin alone, or on the site without you, and the dog must be on a lead at all times. Dog faeces are offensive and must be picked up and put in the bin provided. Please bring your own dog bed and do not allow the dog to use the beds meant for humans! We provide a hose for you to wash your dog by the laundry barn. Bodrugan is a working farm with sheep and cattle grazing - any harm caused by your dog will be charged to you. Please note we do not allow dogs listed as most dangerous in the Dangerous Dog Act 1991. Failure to comply with these requests will result in you being asked to leave and no refund will be given.

Wheelchair Access:

The Wigwam Cabins are not currently accessible by wheelchairs.

Group Bookings:

No stag or hen parties. Please contact us directly for our policy relating to group bookings.

Arrival/Departure Procedures:

Please arrive between 3pm and 5pm. Vacate your Wigwam Cabin by 10am on the day of departure. We ask you to leave the Wigwam Cabins in a clean and tidy condition. Remove any food and deposit rubbish and recycling in the bins provided on site. All cutlery crockery and pans that have been hired should be washed, dried and put away.

Complaints Procedure:

We take all comments from guests seriously and in the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint you can contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Code of Conduct:

We expect all our visitors to respect and look after the Site and the Wigwam Cabin you are staying in. We also require you to respect your fellow visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10.00pm.

Parents are responsible for their children, as such children must be supervised at all times. Please do not use fireworks or Chinese Lanterns as they are a threat to livestock and wildlife.

Campfires, Barbeques and Firepits:

Only the complimentary firepits are allowed on site and only the wood and logs we sell can be used. Please do not be tempted to use fallen branches, portable barbeques or debris. Safe operating procedures are in the Information pack provided and we are very happy to help you get the fire going and explain how to cook etc safely and easily.

Property:

Please ensure that you take all your belongings with you at the end of your stay as we can only return items if you send the money and it is a hassle for both parties.

Care of Wigwam Cabins:

Everyone has the right to a warm, clean, and well-maintained place to stay. Please look after the cabins and their contents. If anything breaks or a breakage occurs please inform us straight away so that we can put it right immediately. We reserve the right to charge for replacements and repairs.

Loss, Damage or Injury:

Bodrugan Barton takes no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to you or any of your party or property. We recommend that you have adequate travel and property insurance.

Farm Safety:

Please do not allow children to wander off the Wigwam Area without an adult and please do not allow children to play on farm machinery, fences and gates. Please keep to the public rights of way. Gates should be left as found and the Country code adhered to.
