Book your holiday with only 25% deposit due now. The remaining balance only needs to be paid 14 days before arrival (deposit option available up until to 28 days before arrival at participating sites. All deposits are non-refundable.)

- The 25% booking deposit is non-refundable, unless booked at a site with a Free Cancellation policy
- The remaining 75% of the cost of your break must be paid at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.
- In most cases the balance will be automatically collected from the card used to pay the deposit 14 days before arrival - please check your confirmation email to see your site's collection policy.
- Once fully paid, any refunds or cancellations are subject to your site's own booking terms & conditions
- If you fail to pay the outstanding balance of your stay 14 days before arrival, your holiday is at risk of cancellation and you may lose your deposit.
- Deposits are non-transferrable between sites
- Any changes to bookings are at site owner discretion.
- In the event of an agreed change of dates, should your new holiday be cheaper than your existing booking the difference will be credited towards the balance of your new stay dates. Should the dates be more expensive than your original stay dates you will need to pay the additional cost.
- Agreed significant reductions to the value of the original booking as a result of material changes such as the number or cabins, nights and / or guests originally booked, can only be made at the discretion of the site owner and administration charges may be applied to reflect costs or losses incurred. Otherwise such changes may be classified as a cancellation and the site's booking terms and conditions will apply.
- Service Fee of £2.95 applies to all deposit bookings
- All other booking terms and conditions remain unchanged.
