We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs. Smoking is not permitted in the Wigwam Cabins or on the wooden decking.

If using one of the hot tubs please follow the procedures and safety information.  

Please be responsible for your children, especially around the hot tubs.

Every effort will be made to get your hot tub ready for use during your first evening, but we cannot guarantee it will be up to temperature at check-in time of 3.00pm Please look after the site and the wigwam cabins you are staying in. We also require you to respect your fellow visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10.00pm. Therefore no external music, parties or excessive noise after 10.00pm. In the event of a problem with the electric hot tub resulting in it not working for your stay we will offer an appropriate refund.

Each cabin sleeps two adults and two children on the sofa bed.  Bookings of more than two adults are accepted at the hosts discretion so please contact them direct if you wish to make a booking of more than two adults.

This is a farm environment, please be careful of any animals and please do not walk into our farmyard as there is machinery, animals and dogs. Please do not allow children to wander away from the Wigwam cabin area without an adult and please do not let them play on farm machinery, gates and fences. Gates should be left as found and the Country access code adhered to.

Dogs must be kept under supervision and on leads when walking. Please do not enter any fields containing cattle, nor bring your dogs into the farm yard.   Owners are expected to clean up after their dogs, poo bags are provided.

Check out is 10am prompt on the day of the departure. Please leave the door unlocked and the key on the wall hook inside the cabin.   Please leave your Wigwam Cabin in a neat and tidy condition, with all rubbish and recycling deposited in the designated area. Please separate the recycling where possible and remember to take your food from the fridge when you leave.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any vehicles parked on our premises, or for the contents of any vehicles.

Sorry, no personal BBQs or Campfires allowed on site, please use the fire pits provided.

Chinese lanterns are strictly forbidden.

Candles inside the cabins are strictly forbidden.

Complaints  

We take any complaint seriously, so if you wish to make a complaint please let us know as soon as possible so we can try and rectify the problem. Complaints made verbally should be followed up in writing please, by letter or email.

Breakages/damages

We reserve the right to charge the debit/credit card used at the time of the booking an additional fee should the wigwam cabin by left in an unsatisfactory condition or if there is any damage to the wigwam cabins or furnishings therein.  It is requested that guests advise us in the event of an accident.

Cancellation policy

A full refund is available up until 5 days before arrival.

The above terms and conditions only apply to bookings that are made online at www.wigwamholidays.com. Bookings made directly with the site owner may be subject to individual and separately agreed terms.
