Payment Policy:
To secure your booking payment in full is required at the time of booking; we do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honor it.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
If cancelled, you will lose your 25% deposit if the balance remains outstanding.
If the booking is fully paid;
Up to 4 weeks before arrival you can receive 75% refund.
Up to 3 weeks before arrival you can receive 50% refund.
Up to 2 weeks before arrival you can receive 25% refund.
Less than 2 weeks before arrival, no refund is available.
The above terms and conditions only apply to bookings that are made online at www.wigwamholidays.com. Bookings made directly with the site owner may be subject to individual and separately agreed terms.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in the Wigwam Cabins or in any communal areas.
Group Bookings:
Please contact us directly for our policy relating to group bookings.
Arrival/Departure Procedures:
We ask all visitors to check in after 3.30pm and check out before 10.30am.
Complaints Procedure:
We take all comments from guests seriously and in the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint you can contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
Code of Conduct:
We expect all of our visitors to respect and look after the Site and the Wigwam Cabin that you are staying in. We also require you to respect your fellow Visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10.00pm.
Parents are responsible for their children, as such children must be supervised at all times.

Group Bookings
We don't accept stag or hen groups. If you want to book our Wigwam Cabins for a group of families or similar, then please get in touch with us.
Firepits
We provide firepits and logs etc for a nightly charge. Sorry, but you are not permitted to bring your own timber or firepits, thank you.
Do you allow music?
Unfortunately, we don't allow music or parties. Our site is great for families, couples and friends wanting a relaxing holiday in this lovely part of Wales.
