Before confirming your booking at Wigwam Holidays Great Tregath please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and services available at the Site, which will assist you with planning your holiday.
Payment Policy:
To secure your booking a 25% deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking; we do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honour it. Once a deposit has been paid the remaining balance will be taken automatically from the card used for deposit payment. This will be 14 days prior to your visit and email reminders will be sent before this time to ensure sufficient funds are in place. If this payment fails you will be contacted as an automatic response email. Please then contact site direct and in this case the final payment can only be paid through BACs bank transfer only before your stay. Please contact us for further information.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
A full refund up is available up until 5 days before arrival.
The above terms and conditions only apply to bookings that are made online at www.wigwamholidays.com. Bookings made directly with the site owner may be subject to individual and separately agreed terms.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.
Non- Residents
In fairness to other guests and especially for safety and security reasons, please do not invite friends and family onto our site. Our six cabin field is peaceful and has a licence and specific facilities for booked guests only.
Breakages/Damages
We reserve the right to charge the Debit/Credit card used at the time of booking an additional fee should the Wigwam Cabin be left in an unsatisfactory condition or if there is any damage to the Wigwam Cabin or the furnishing therein. It is requested that guests advise Reception in the event of breakages or damage.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in the Wigwams or in any communal areas.
Dogs:
Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. Owners are expected to clean up behind their dogs and use the bins provided. All of our 6 Wigwam Cabins. allow dogs.
No dangerous breeds allowed (list25.com/25-most-dangerous-dog-breeds & Dangerous Dog Act 1991).
Group Bookings:
Our 6 Wigwam Cabins provide accommodation for up to 24 people based on 2 sharing a double bed. We welcome bookings from, schools, social clubs, sports clubs, church groups, family gatherings, residential houses, day centres and special needs groups. Please contact us directly for further information.
No hen or stag parties.
Lost Property
Items must be claimed within 2 weeks of departure. Where relevant, postage and packaging charges will apply for the return of goods.
Arrival/Departure Procedures:
Check-in time is between 3pm and 5pm. Arrival after 5pm is fine but please let us know and guests may be required to locate their own cabin. Please contact on 07745990316 or 01840 938609 to arrange this.
Check out is 10am prompt on the day of departure.
Guests are kindly asked to leave their Wigwam in a neat and tidy condition, with all refuse deposited in the Refuse Collection Area.
No food must be left in the fridge upon departure.
Complaints Procedure:
We take all comments from guests seriously and in the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint you can contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
Code of Conduct:
We expect all our Visitors to respect and look after the Site generally and the Wigwam cabin you are staying in. We also require you to respect your fellow visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum especially after 10.00pm. Parents are responsible for their children, as such children must be supervised at all times. Any guest found to be repeatedly breaking any of our rules will be asked to leave the site immediately without a refund.
Safety:
Please do not allow children to wander off the Wigwam cabin site area without an adult and please do not allow children to play on any machinery, fences and gates. We ask all guests to adhere to the Country access code.
