Before confirming your booking at Wigwam Holidays Kidsnape Farm, please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and services available at the Site, which will assist you with planning your holiday.
Payment Policy:
To secure your booking payment in full is required at the time of booking; we do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honour it.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
If cancelled, you will lose your 25% deposit if the balance remains outstanding.
If the booking is fully paid;
Up to 4 weeks before arrival you can receive a 75% refund.
Up to 3 weeks before arrival you can receive a 50% refund.
Up to 2 weeks before arrival you can receive a 25% refund.
Less than 2 weeks before arrival, no refund is available.
The above terms and conditions only apply to bookings that are made online at www.wigwamholidays.com. Bookings made directly with the site owner may be subject to individual and separately agreed terms.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in the Wigwams or in any communal areas.
Dogs:

Group Bookings:

Arrival/Departure Procedures:
Check in time is from 2.30pm - 5pm. Arrival after this time can be made with prior arrangements with the site management team. On arrival, all guests must report to the reception area at the rear of Kidsnape farm. The guests will be greeted in person, given a copy of the site rules and shown to their accommodation. Check out is by 10:30 am on day of departure. Whilst we do fully clean the Wigwam® Cabins, guests are expected to leave their Wigwam® Cabin in a neat and tidy condition with all refuse deposited in the refuse collection area. Nothing must be left in the cabin or fridge on departure.
Complaints Procedure:
We take all comments from guests seriously and in the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint you can contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
Code of Conduct:
We expect all our Visitors to respect and look after the Site and the Wigwam you are staying in. We also require you to respect your fellow Visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10.00pm.
Parents are responsible for their children, as such children must be supervised at all times.
