Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and unwind in the glorious Cumbrian countryside at Wigwam Holidays Eden Valley. This family friendly site is set in the stunning Eden Valley on a 500 acre family farm, 1 mile from the picturesque village of Cumwhitton.

Take a walk along the River Eden, hop on a bike and cycle some of the many quiet local country roads or simply relax at your cabin and enjoy the peace and tranquillity this beautiful part of the world has to offer. For the nature lovers - there is an abundance of wildlife in the area with wild deer being regular visitors to the site.

Each of the Wigwam Running Water Cabins is fitted with en-suite bathroom and washing facilities, electricity, heating and hot water throughout. Sit back and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature from your own outdoor dining area, campfire and BBQ and beautiful views across the countryside. For a little added luxury - book a wood-fired hot tub, perfect for unwinding and stargazing.

Everyone should be able to enjoy a holiday in the great outdoors; our Wigwam Accessible Lodge Pod sleeps up to five and is adapted for those who may need extra support with mobility or extra space for wheelchairs.

Wigwam Holidays Eden Valley is the perfect base from which to explore the North West of England, including the Lake District, Hadrians Wall, the North Pennines, the historic border city of Carlisle and beyond to South West Scotland. The glamping site is only 15 minutes drive from the M6 and A69 and 3 miles from Armathwaite Station on the Carlisle-Settle railway line.

The site is set on a friendly working farm that has been in the family for 300 years which currently hosts a herd of 100 pedigree Holstein dairy cows and a flock of 300 North of England mule sheep. The site owners are never far away should any problems arise or you simply want any information on our daily farming life or advice on places to go.
