Booking Terms and Conditions for Wigwam Holidays Eden Valley
Before confirming your booking at Wigwam Holidays Eden Valley please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and services available at the Site, which will assist you with planning your holiday.
Payment Policy
To secure your booking payment in full is required at the time of booking; we do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honour it.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
A full refund up is available up until 5 days before arrival.
The above terms and conditions only apply to bookings that are made online at www.wigwamholidays.com. Bookings made directly with the site owner may be subject to individual and separately agreed terms.
Travel Insurance
We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the Wigwams or in any communal areas.
Dogs
We welcome well-behaved dogs to the site, but they must be kept on a lead at all times. Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately and place in the bins provided. Of our 6 Wigwams, 3 are dog friendly including the Accessible Lodge.
Group Bookings
Please contact us directly for our policy relating to group bookings.
Arrival/Departure Procedures
Check-in time is from 3pm-7pm. Guests wishing to check in later than 7pm should contact us to arrange for the key to be left in the cabin.
Check-out time is by 10am prompt on day of departure.
Guests are expected to leave their Wigwam cabin in a neat and tidy condition and to place all refuse in the refuse collection area. No food is to be left in the fridge.
Breakage/Damage
We reserve the right to charge the Debit/Credit card used at the time of booking an additional fee should the Wigwam cabin be left in an unsatisfactory condition or if there is any damage to the Wigwam cabin or furnishings. Guests are requested to advise us of any breakages or damage prior to departure.
Complaints Procedure
We take all comments from guests seriously and in the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint you can contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
Code of Conduct
We expect all our Visitors to respect and look after the Site and the Wigwam you are staying in. We also require you to respect your fellow Visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10.00pm.
Parents are responsible for their children, and as such children must be supervised at all times.
Anyone repeatedly breaking the Site Rules will be asked to leave without a refund.
We are a working farm and request that guests do not approach livestock or enter the farmyard areas.
