Booking Terms and Conditions for Wigwam Holidays Crowtree

Before confirming your booking at Wigwam Holidays Crowtree please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and services available at the Site, which will assist you with planning your holiday.

Payment Policy:

To secure your booking payment in full is required at the time of booking; we do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honour it.

Electricity:

Your booking charge includes most (usually all) the electricity cost of your stay. However, should you need a greater allocation, each Wigwam Cabin has a coin meter (£1 or £2 coins) which allows visitors to "top up" as required.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

A full refund is available up until 5 days before arrival.

The above terms and conditions only apply to bookings that are made online at www.wigwamholidays.com. Bookings made directly with the site owner may be subject to individual and separately agreed terms.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted in the Wigwam Cabins or in any communal areas.

Barbecues

Portable BBQs are strictly not allowed on site. Please use the fire pit with the griddle provided for this purpose.

Fire Pits / Barbecues

Please use these with the fuel logs/charcoal supplied in the designated areas. Only wood supplied on site may be used.

Dogs:

Dogs are allowed on site and in the Wigwam Cabins. Maximum 3 dogs per Wigwam Cabin. Dogs must be kept on a lead and should have their own blanket for covering furniture.  Dogs must never be left unattended in the Wigwam whilst owners go off site.

Vehicles:

Vehicles are not allowed on the grass. Please keep to the track and park in the designated area behind your Wigwam cabin. Access to our site is from the A16 at Spalding. Please do not try to gain access from the A17 at Fosdyke as this is a private road (ignore your Sat Nav if it directs you this way!).

Group Bookings:

Our 10 Wigwam Cabins provide accommodation for up to 36 people based on 2 sharing a double bed. We welcome bookings from schools, social clubs, sports clubs, church groups, family gatherings, hen and stag parties, residential houses, day centres and special needs groups. Please contact us directly for further information.

Arrival/Departure Procedure:

Generally our times are:
Arrivals from 4pm
Departures 10am
However, specific arrangements can be made outside these times. Please contact us for further information.

Complaints Procedure:

We take all comments from guests seriously and in the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint you can contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to charge any loss or damage to the Wigwam Cabin, contents or site to the debit/credit card used for booking.

Code of Conduct:

We expect all our Visitors to respect and look after the Site and the Wigwam Cabin you are staying in. We also require you to respect your fellow Visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10:00pm.

Parents are responsible for their children, as such children must be supervised at all times.

Competition Rules:

For any competition the winner will receive a one-night stay in their named Wigwam Cabin and may be asked to participate in publicity.

Proof of identity must be provided (i.e. the person whose Wigwam Cabin name is selected as the winning entry will be the recipient of the above prize).

Prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent monetary value.

The prize is subject to Terms & Conditions of Wigwam Holidays and Crowtree Wigwams. The decision of Wigwam Holidays Crowtree is final.

The competition is open to UK residents over the age of 18 only.

Winners must claim their prize within 28 days of being contacted.

Prize is restricted to Wigwam Cabin hire cost only - no additional costs or extras are included.
