At Solway View we have 5 Wigwam cabins.

When is your site open?

Our site is open from February to November.

Do you allow dogs/ pets? If so, is there a pet charge?

Yes, we allow dogs and pets. There is a charge of 3 pound per night.

Is the site suitable for children?

Yes, our site is suitable for children.

Do you accept groups, parties, or celebrations?

We accept groups, however we do not accept parties..

Do you allow campfires?

Yes, we allow campfires.

What is included in one of your standard Wigwam cabins?

Our standard Wigwam includes a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a mattress.

Is electricity included in the tariff?

No, electricity is not included in the price, however we have a meter.

What cooking facilities are provided?

We provide a cook house which includes gas hobs.

What do I need to bring?

You must bring bedding, pillows, crockery, and cutlery.

Can I order any extras?

Yes, you are able to hire bedding and crockery.

Is there parking next to the Wigwam cabins? If not how close is the parking area?

There is parking next to the Wigwam cabins.

From what time can I check in from?

You can check in from 3pm. If any later than 8pm, we ask that you call us or email us.

What is the latest time I can check in?

The latest time you can check in from is 8pm.

What time do I need to vacate the Wigwam Cabin?

You must vacate the Wigwam Cabin by 11am.

Do you have a shop/ reception onsite and when is it open?

We do have a shop and reception onsite, which is open from 9am to 8pm.

How many toilets and showers do you have onsite?

We have two shower blocks on site.

How close is the nearest pub or restaurant?

The nearest pub or restaurant is 4.5 miles away.

How far is the nearest supermarket?

The nearest supermarket is 4.5 miles away.

How far is it from public transport?

There is a bus stop 4.5 miles away.

Is there Wifi access onsite?

We do not currently provide WiFi.
