Before confirming your booking at Wigwam Holidays Brampton please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and services available at the Park, which will assist you with planning your holiday.

Payment Policy

A 25% payment is required at booking, with the balance payable 2 weeks prior to your visit. Reminder emails will be sent. If the balance is not paid in time we hold the right to cancel your holiday, as per the terms and conditions on the wigwamholidays.com website.

Cancellation/No-show Policy

In the event of a no-show, we do not provide any (either full or partial) refund. If cancelled, lose 25% deposit if the balance remains outstanding.

If fully paid;

Up to 4 weeks before arrival receive 75% refund

Up to 3 weeks before arrival receive 50% refund

Up to 2 weeks before arrival receive 25% refund

Less than two weeks before arrival no refund available

At the discretion of the site owner, we may be able to offer an alternative date suitable to you, if we have the availability.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend you take out an appropriate travel insurance policy to give peace of mind that your financial commitment is protected, should you be forced to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.

Arrival/Departure Procedures

Check-in is from 3pm. Arrival after 5pm is by arrangement only and guests may be required to locate their own Wigwam Cabin. 

Check-out is 10am prompt on the day of departure.

Whilst we employ cleaners, guests are expected to leave their Wigwam Cabin in a tidy condition, with all rubbish deposited in the Bin Area located to the right of the play area behind the wooden door. No food must be left in the cabin upon departure.

Park Rules

Any guest found to be repeatedly breaking any of our Park Rules will be asked to leave the Park immediately without a refund.

Breakage/Damage

We reserve the right to charge the Debit/Credit Card used, at the time of booking an additional fee should the Wigwam Cabin be left in a bad state or if there is any damage to the Wigwam Cabin, or the furnishing therein. We would appreciate guests letting site staff aware of any breakages or damage.

Smoking

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any of the Wigwam Cabin. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave the site immediately without a refund if they are found to be smoking inside the cabins.

Dogs

Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead. Owners are expected to clean up behind their dogs and use the poo bins onsite. Of our 7 Wigwam Cabins, 6 allow dogs including all hot tub cabins. No dangerous breeds are allowed (list25.com/25-most-dangerous-dog-breeds & Dangerous Dog Act 1991). 

Barbeque/Fire Pit

The complimentary BBQ/Fire Pit must not be moved from its position under any circumstances. Please be aware of wind direction to ensure smoke does not become an annoyance to other guests.

Lost Property

Items must be claimed within 2 weeks of departure. Where relevant, postage and packaging charges will apply for the return of goods.

Group Bookings

Our 7 Wigwam Cabins provide accommodation for up to 28 people based on 2 sharing a double bed, suitable for a family of 4, or a maximum of 3 adults per cabin. We welcome bookings from fishing parties, schools, social clubs, sports clubs, church groups, family gatherings, residential houses, day centres, and special needs groups. Disability Access

Our Wigwam Cabins are currently not suitable for wheelchairs, due to their hillside location.

Complaints Procedure

We take all comments from guests very seriously and in the unlikely event you wish to make a complaint you may contact the Site Management directly either via Reception or email and we will respond. We will attempt to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Code of Conduct

Noise pollution is taken seriously. We expect all guests to respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum, adhering to a noise curfew from 10pm until 7am.

We expect all our visitors to respect and look after the Park and the Wigwam Cabin you are staying in.

Parents are responsible for their children whilst on site, especially where water is concerned; and children must be supervised at all times.

Any guests found or reported under the influence of illegal drugs/substances onsite will be asked to leave immediately without a refund, and may result in further action.

Safety and Risk Assessment

Our Park is ClubMark Accredited and our Risk Assessment is available upon request.
